The pet can be trained to use their paws to press the switch or their noses to activate the chime. Teach you pet to press the pet switch and let him/her out and give your pet a treat each time. Continue to do this for about 4 to 6 times a day for a period of 1 to 2 weeks and your pet should be trained. Some pets may require more or less training than others.
